August 21, 2013. Carol Ann Silva, 63, of Kailua-Kona, a retired state Department of Human Services secretary, died at home. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Chucky Denis, Kenneth A Victor, Keola Tokuhisa Jr. and Kalau Silva; daughters Debbie Kama, Sandy Toilolo , Bernie Wilbur, Vicky Denis-Silva, Kristie Suan, Kehaulani Grace and Kassi Tokuhisa; father Frank; 32 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
