He is survived by son Charles III, daughters Charlene Santiago and Irene Sagon; brothers Ralph, Joseph H., Ted and Robert "Bobby; sister Thomasina Fogliani; seven grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Call after 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park. Casual Attire.
